DAVID LEWIS, MEd
Founder & Coach

Coach David Lewis is a native Fairburn, GA. Growing up, he used academics and athletics to achieve many goals. He acknowledges his family and coaches as influencers in his lifelong commitment to education and coaching. For the past 10 years, Coach Lewis has mentored and coached hundreds of middle and high school students through work in both the non-profit sector and as a teacher and administrator with Metro Nashville Public Schools. In 5 years of athletic coaching, his teams earned a combined 24-3 record, including 2 undefeated regular seasons, two MNPS semi-finals appearances, and 1 MNPS City Championship. Coach Lewis earned a BS degree in Psychology and two master's degrees in Instructional Practice and Educational Leadership. He is also a proud husband and father of two children.
MARTINIQUE GUICE, MEd
Speed & Agility Coach

Martinique Guice was born in Jacksonville, FL and currently resides in Nashville, TN. Growing up she ran track and played basketball. Martinique is a two-time High School State Long Jump Champion (2006 & 2007). After high school, she attended Tennessee State University on a full track scholarship. While there, Martinique was a member of the 2008 Indoor and Outdoor Ohio Valley Conference Championship Team. During her freshman year, she placed 1st in the 100m and went on to be a 6 time Long Jump Conference Champion. Martinique graduated from Tennessee State University in 2011 and 2013. In 2018, she obtained her Masters of Special Education degree from Lipscomb University. She currently works as a Special Education Teacher and Girls Track Coach with MNPS. Her Motto is “Hard Work Beats Talent When Talent Doesn’t Work Hard.”
